What are you guys looking for at the moment ?

Hello.
I'm a wizard / DH main but am interested in all classes, and as a naturally curious guy i played all classes to the point of getting good/decent (50+ solo each) gear for each of them.
I quickly noticed ZE as remarkable players back in S2 and after joining some clans and getting disappointed i got to the point of considering to apply.
Even if i might not be able to do so I still would like to know,as the title says, what you guys are looking for at the moment and expecting from people like me.
